One to One coaching is a powerful tool to assist busy managers of all levels.

Our coaching sessions are flexible. You choose:

Place – your office or off site or remotely by video link
Time – usually one hour but longer if you wish
Frequency – weekly, monthly or as and when required
Style – we like to work to suit your preference rather than to use a text book model

Some of our clients prefer a structured approach whilst others just need someone to bounce off ideas. Occasionally our coach will throw in ideas to facilitate your creative thinking, but you make the decisions. If as a result of the coaching you feel you would like to embark on a programme of consultation or training then our coach will give guidance to make sure you receive the very best professional support. If the coaching alone meets all of your needs, then you continue until you are satisfied that you have all of the answers you require. However, even then you have a coach at the end of a telephone.
