The purpose of the event is to equip training personnel  with the required skills to train professionally and effectively


As a result of participating in the course delegates will:

1. Be able to plan and organise training for their teams.
2. Be able to describe the role of the trainer and the different aspects and styles of training using objectives and measurable outcomes.
3. Be able to design and deliver a training course or session that will include appropriate objectives or outcomes and that will facilitate checking of learning and measurement.
